It takes 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched from our unit and take a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 15 days for the delivery.
Normally orders are shipped the same day or next day, subject to order & payment verification.
Orders received on a Sunday or Public holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. There can be processing and shipping delays during such times.
Shipment Tracking:
An E-mail and a text message containing your package tracking information is sent once the order is Dispatched from our unit.
Refusal to accept the order or unable to deliver:
In cases of your refusal to accept shipped products, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. No charges will be levied in case of our shipping partner failing to deliver for any fault of the shipping partner.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Sarvodaya's Manjeera for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer.
